Aisha has worked with renowned global brands like IPG Mediabrands and Amazon, using her experience, passion, and drive for progress to help these companies meet their diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.
Through her company, The Inclusive Culture, Aisha helps HR and DEI Leaders start successful employee resource groups as part of their journey toward a more inclusive workplace.
Aisha is also a board member of the Rugby Football League’s Inclusion Board. She uses her expertise to support the delivery of its Inclusion, Equality, and Anti-Discrimination plan.
In recognition of her work in the diversity and inclusion space, Aisha has been included in lists such as the Investing in Ethnicity Top 8 Future Leaders (2018) and the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders (2020).
